The University of Waikato: Waikato Women have named their side for their defence of the Chiefs Country Cup when they host Counties Manukau Heat at Putaruru Rugby Club in week 5 of the Farah Palmer Cup on Saturday afternoon.
Waikato Women reclaimed the Chiefs Country Cup back off Bay of Plenty Volcanix with a thrilling 21-10 victory in Rotorua in week 3 of the Farah Palmer Cup.
Head coach, James Semple, has made just one change to his starting XV and that change is to the front row. Tanya Kalounivale, returns to start at tighthead prop which sees, Esther Tilo-Faiaoga, moving back to the reserves to provide impact from the bench.
This match will feature milestones for three players. Tanya Kalounivale will play her 18th game for the province, this will see her achieve her Waikato blazer. While Renee Holmes and Cheyelle Robins-Reti are both set to play their 10th game for Waikato, this will see them both achieve their Mooloo Bells.
