WRU Judicial Panel Expressions of Interest

As previously discussed with Club Chairpersons and Club Delegates, the WRU constitution requires a change regarding the appointment of WRU judicial panel.
This has come about to be compliant with NZRU regulations as per the "Black Book"
The change to the constitution has been verbally agreed to by all.
The wording of the constitution change, to be presented at the 2010 AGM, will read;
"The Waikato Rugby Union Judicial Panel is to be appointed by the Chairman of the Union.
The CEO of the Union or his nominee shall appoint a Judicial Panel of three persons from members of the Judicial Panel to act in the name of the Union for the purposes of hearing and determining disciplinary proceedings for which the Union has jurisdiction
Members of the Judicial Panel shall be appointed for a period of up to three years."
Pending the approval of the Constitutional changes at the AGM, the Waikato Rugby Union is now calling for expressions of interest for positions on the WRU Judicial Panel commencing 2010.
