New Zealand Under 20 team to play Australia in semifinal

The New Zealand Under 20 coach Dave Rennie has named the side to take on Australia in the semifinal of the IRB Junior World Championship in Tokyo on Wednesday June 17 at 8.00pm New Zealand time.

New Zealand remains unbeaten in the tournament having had wins over Uruguay, Ireland and Argentina in pool play.

Their final pool match against Argentina saw the New Zealanders run in seven tries in the second half with North Harbour's Nafi Tuitavake scoring a hat-trick.

"We have had a full compliment of players to pick from for this match and we are very excited about the team we have selected and look forward to the challenge ahead in this semi final," said Rennie.

SKY TV will be broadcasting the semifinals live on the Rugby Channel and TVNZ's TV One will be broadcasting delayed coverage at 11.00pm.
