One of the highlights of the Waikato preseason is the popular Mooloo Open Day - being held this Sunday between 11.00am and 1.00pm on the number one field at Waikato Stadium.
Mooloo Open Day is the perfect family outing and it is free. It promises to again be an action-packed, fun day for both young and old Waikato supporters.
Players from the 2009 Waikato Air New Zealand Cup squad will be out and about this day to sign the latest Waikato posters and to help out at the many activities. This is the official day the new Waikato Team poster gets released.
Activities on the day include the Agility Run, Take the High Ball, face painting, cheer with the cheerleaders and games of Rippa Rugby. The More FM Sausage Sizzle will be supplying supporters with complimentary sausages on the day.
New this year is the loudest Mooloo Bell in the world contest which kicks off at 12.30pm.
Of course no Mooloo Open Day is complete without the presence of Mooloo and the Mooloo Kids. They will be mixing with the masses on the day and Mooloo will always be happy to stop for a high five and a photo.
Entry and all activities are free.
