Description
Chris Gibbes enters his second season as Head Coach of the Waikato ITM Cup team. He is no stranger to the Waikato environment having been Assistant Coach to Tony Hanks in 2008. In 2007 Gibbes was the assistant coach to John Kirwan during the 2007 Rugby World Cup campaign for the Japanese national team. Gibbes is a former Rugby Development Officer for the Waikato Rugby Union, a former Waikato B player, Hawke’s Bay rugby representative and New Zealand Colt.
