Young hooker Vance Elliott joins the Waikato squad as a train on player, who will move into the squad to cover the Number 2 position with the departure of Aled de Malmanche after Round 8 of the ITM Cup. Vance has represented Waikato throughout age group level and will be looking to make his mark on proefessional level rugby this season.
