Promising young prop Toby Smith returns to Waikato for his fourth season. Touted as a future All Black, Toby has represented Waikato at every age-level since Under-13 and also represented New Zealand at the World Under 20's, along with close friend and flatmate Jackson Willison. Toby debuted for the Chiefs in 2010 at the age of 21 and has been a regular in the Chiefs 22 ever since.
