Hamilton-born Toby returns at lock for Waikato for his seventh season. He is one of Waikato most experienced tight forwards having played at both Air New Zealand Cup and Rebel Sport Super 14 levels.
Next year Toby will travel to Perth to play for the Western Force in a two-year contract.
