Young midfield back Declan O'Donnell burst onto the scene in 2011 with the New Zealand Seven's team, making his mark with a series of spectacular tries including a hat-trick in the 2011 Wellington Seven's Final. The O'Donnell family are no strangers to professional rugby with Declan's brother Kylem representing Taranaki in this year's ITM Cup.
