Description
Kent has been with the WRU since December 2006. His core responsibilities are: - Management of the 4 Rugby Development Officers - Overseeing Coach Development at Small Blacks, Secondary School, Senior Club and Age Grade Rep levels - Facilitating the NZRU Development of Rugby Coaching Course - Facilitating the IRB Advanced Level 3 Coaching Course - Facilitating the WRU Coach Development Workshop Series - Providing opportunities for coaches to enhance their skills through various initiatives. - Talent Identification and Player Development
