Alf has been with the WRU since January 2009. Covering West Waikato, his core responsibilities are: - Providing support to all club and secondary school coaches in his area - Facilitating RugbySmart Courses - Facilitating Small Blacks Courses - Talent Identification - Providing opportunities for community players to enhance their skill level.
